From October 27 to 30, 2025, the city of La Spezia transforms into an international hub for sustainability with the launch of its first International Forum “Taking Care of the Earth.”
Organized by the Municipality of La Spezia together with the Ecological Society of America (ESA) and the Lunigiana Academy of Sciences “G. Capellini,” the event aims to unite science, culture, and concrete action for a more sustainable future.
La Spezia is recognized as a “virtuous location” for its environmental policies. The program includes presentations by international academics, film screenings, public sessions, and workshops open to city visitors as well.
